Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

You can decide to return or exchange any product purchased on mokaite-boutique.com within (14) fourteen days from the delivery date.

  • Fill out the Return Form (received together with the product).

Please make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make the refund. 

  • Paste the pre-printed label supplied on the original box (or on another one that is equally sturdy) in order to cover the outgoing label.

You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.

Can I ship the return with a different forwarder than the one who delivered the order?

Yes, you can choose a different forwarder than the one that delivered the package.

You will need to send the return to the following addresse :

  • For packages from European Union countries, the shipping address is as follows: GIOLISÀ COUTURE srls, Via Domenico Berti 9, I-60044 Fabriano (AN)
  • For packages from Switzerland, (subject to customs), the shipping address is as follows: YUMYTECH Sàrl, Route d’Ambilly 38, CH-1226 Genève

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.

Please note that if you do not use our return label, we will not be responsible for any theft or loss in transit; we also suggest that you choose a traceable type of shipping.

REFUND POLICY

If you have made a return, the refund will take place as soon as possible within (14) fourteen days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of return after verifying the correct execution of your right of return and verification of returned products.

When we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

We remind you that the return costs with the forwarder are at your expense.

Take note that any return from Switzerland must be sent to the address mentioned in the Return Policy area to avoid paying the customs fees that will be deducted from the total amount of the refund in the event of an address error.

The Seller reimburses using the same payment method that the customer used for the purchase of the products. 

  • Did you pay by credit card?

In this case, the refund will take place on the same card or on the associated current account. 

  • Did you pay with Paypal?

You will receive the amount for the returned items on the same Paypal account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can only replace the size and/or color of an item once. Once replaced, the customer can no longer have the right of return.

If you wish to change the size and/or color of the item you purchased, you can do so within (14) fourteen days of the delivery date.

Fill out the Return Form received together with the product and attach it to the returned product. Also, see the procedure to be adopted in the Right of Return section.

Select a new size and/or color from those available: we will reserve the new item for you and, as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the initial address. At the time of shipment we will notify you by email.
